Mini bagels. 120 calories perfectly sized for a nice juicy ripe tomato slice. In my younger years I would have scoffed at the concept of a mini bagel. Carbs are meant to be enjoyed. Why shrink the portion size? But now as I enter my 3rd decade my butt appreciates the modestly sized carbolicious goodness. Cheers to Saralee!
